Mr.Enock Chesereck, Company Chairman

Mr. Chesereck currently serves as the chairman of FourTell eAfrica. He has held this position since 1994 when the company was first formed. He previously served as a senior government official. He has been awarded Moran of the Burning Spear of Kenya and Distinguished Service Model. Mr. Chesereck has completed Management and Training courses. He has served as the chairman of the Kenya Police Amateur Association, Secretary General, International Police Association, Kenya Section and he was the 4th Vice Chairman of IPA Kenya Section.

Mr.Raymond Morley, Managing Director

Mr. Morley is a senior Business Analyst/Consultant. He has over 40 years experience working in Information and Communication Technology. He has experience gained in Britain, Norway, South Africa, Egypt, Botswana, Eire and United Kingdom Between 1989 and 1991 he served as the General Manager and Project Manager for ICL in Botswana and South Africa respectively. In South Africa he managed the IT team that supported Gold Fields and Barclays bank now First National Bank. He has served as the Project Manager and Business Analyst in most of our company sites. Mr. Morley has served as the Managing Director since 1994.

Mr. William Kisang, Business Director

Mr. Kisang holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics and Computer Science from Kenyatta University, a Postgraduate diploma in computer science, and a Masters in Business Administration from Nairobi University. He has worked as an accountant at Nairobi City Council and a Chief system analyst at National Cereal and Produce Board. He is a senior Business Analyst, Developer and Support in Informix, UNIX, CASE Tools, 4GL and Windows. He has developed and supported our software system in various sites. He has over 10 years experience with Informix and CASE Tools and applications. Mr. William Kisang has served as the Business Director since 1994 and is in charge of all the Business operations within our company.

Mr.Phillip Sterry, Technical Director

Mr. Sterry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and Mathematics from the University of Cape town, South Africa. He is a Senior Business Analyst and Consultant. He has experience working with UNIX, CASE tools, 4GL, Informix, C, Perl, Java script and Microsoft products. He managed Southern African support Center for Informix, CASE Tools and Financial Systems for seven years in Johannesburg. His expertise is in networking, Internet Service Protocol implementation, Perl, HTML. Mr. Sterry has developed and implemented our software System at sites, supported and given consultancy services to various clients. Phillip has over 15 years in Application Development. Phillip Sterry has served as our Technical Director since 1994.

Ms. Judy Kamau, Developer and Support on core Financials

Judy holds a Diploma in System Analysis and Design from (JKUAT) Jomo Kenyatta University Of agriculture and technology, she also has a degree in IT. She is currently working on C/C++, Delphi LINUX, HTMI Informix 4GL, programming Database Design, Computer Structure, Methodology 4GL programming and Case Tools. She has working experience for about 6 years. In her years of working with FourTell she has supported Department of Public Works, Thika Municipality, KPCU and Catering Levy Trustee.

Ms. Mercy Wanjiru, Developer and Support on core Financials

Mercy has studied for Database Design and System Analysis at Nairobi University. She's currently working as an Informix 4GL programming Database Design Case Tools and 4GL Programmer at our various client sites. She has given operational and technical training in NHIF, KPCU, KTDA and Catering Levy Trustee. Her main area of expertise is in GreatLakes Human Resource System. She's got 9 years experience in this method of Business application development.

Mr. Kevin Khamasi, Developer and Programmer

Kevin has a degree in Information Technology from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He has got extensive knowledge in web design using Pure HTML Coding, Dreamweaver, Microsoft Expresions, java scripting among other web development programs and Languages. An example of his web programming prowes is our website. He is also well natured in C, C++, Java Scripting, Visual Basic and Perl Programming Languages. He's also succesfully sat for the Informix 4gl certifitation. Kevin's main area of expertise is in GreatLakes Purchasing, Stores and Fixed Systems. He's in account support capacity and development levels in most of our client's sites. He's got 5 years experience in this method of Business application development.

Ms. Vivian Yego, Programmer and Support

Vivian has a higher Diploma in Information Technology at Kenya School of Professional Studies. She is also well natured with programming in C, C++, Java Scripting, Visual Basic, 4GL. She has enough hands on experience in the work she does.

Mr. David Ng'ooro, Developer and Programmer

David has a degree in Information Technology from African Nazareen University. He has got extensive knowledge in web design using HTML, Dream weaver, CSS among other web development programs and Languages. He is also well natured with programming in C, C++, Java Scripting, Visual Basic, 4GL and Perl. He has enough hands on experience in the work he does.

Mr. Simon Ndegwa, Developer and Programmer

Simon is one of our junior programmers having gone through a thorough programing course in the 4gl programming language. He has also sat and passed for the certification Informix 4gl programing.

Ms. Maureen Ogolla, FourTell Secretary.

Maureen has a Diploma in Secretarial from Christian Industrial Training College and Mombasa Polytechnic. She has had an extensive work experience in the same field in Mumias Sugar Company, AQUVA Agencies, KUSSCO and now FourTell eAfrica. She has been the company secretary for 7 years.

Jacqueline Odhiambo, FourTell Receptionist.

Jacqueline has experience in FourTell for 3 years as the company's receptionist. She ensures that all the filing in the office has been well implemented.
